On The List For 5 Years Running

Given that I have worked for NBF for almost 14 years, it is always nice to hear that the firm is considered to be one of the best places to work in Canada. For the 5th year in a row, National Bank Financial Group has been named to the prestigious list of the “50 Best Employers in Canada.”

This list, compiled annually by Hewitt Associates, recognizes companies with human resources practices that strengthen employee commitment and engagement. National Bank Financial Group has participated in this survey since it was initiated 10 years ago and uses the results obtained to adapt its human resources practices and remain an employer of choice in Canada year after year. The award is based on a survey of employees, business leaders and human resources professionals from the participating organizations.
